I'd spent six years marketing other people's products. Big budgets, fast wins, slow goodbyes. Mostly I learned what doesn't last.
Jazir began as a stubborn experiment — to see whether African businesses could be built on practical skill instead of hype; on a team you could keep instead of an agency you couldn't afford.
Three years later, we're a working ecosystem — a studio, an academy, and a small portfolio of products. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and proudly African.

Olaitan starts Jazir Digital from a kitchen table in Lagos. First three clients, all referrals.

Jazir Academy ships its first 12-week cohort with 18 students across 4 countries.

The studio expands.
Team grows to 11 across Lagos & Nairobi. First academy cohort doubles in size and ships its first international students.
